As an HR professional for the past 25 years, working with outside recruiters has sometimes been challenging. Many of them source out candidates from their pool of applicants and call the candidate. Those meetings might only last for 5 minutes and then they are presenting the resume to the client. This is not the type of service that I want as a HR leader from a vendor that I need to have 100% trust in.

That call got into the role and how my experience and skills would apply. The questions were well thought out and some were challenging. But they did the job they were being compensated for, a complete vetting of my skills and abilities.
They kept me in the loop as I went from one interview to the next and then worked with both me and my new employer at the offer stage. It was as painless as possible, and I can say that I am a fan and will use them in the future.
